In 2003, Eddie Choong began his career in education and established the first college in Rawang, Selangor, namely “Chef Eddie Choong Bake & Culinary Centre”.
With growing rapidly in baking industry, Eddie Choong notices that a lot of potential to develop in domestic industry. With his outstanding talents, achievements and experiences, he able to share his knowledge and experience with actual baking theory to those who interested in baking industry.
He opened four branches in Penang, Kuala Lumpur, Bukit Mertajam and Ipoh simultaneously, Penang as headquarter office.
Practical experience in fully-equipped baking machineries and kitchen utensils, plus hand-on training in an air-conditioned environment will most certainly benefit to improve students’ learning spirit.
Our centre is highly emphasized the hygienic requirements of the food. To foster the hygienic knowledge, Chef Instructor should be given hygienic guideline and instruction to protect the food from contamination. Learning in Hygienic condition will improve the skills in making pastries.
