A knowledgeable about theoretical and technical skill in the baking industry, Eddie Choong becomes a prominent baking figure in Malaysia.
For years, he worked at perfecting a recipe for the pastries led to he had the support of large sections of the populace. Thus, he works as a consultant of numerous companies, product spoke person, judge of the competition and instructor for his culinary centre.
He is influenced by his brother to venture into baking industry since he was a secondary school. He had been dying to make his own adorable cake after hanging-out at bakery where is a place he used to go. It is no doubt that he become an exceptionally baker.
He started his bakery studies after graduation. He has successfully participated in many bakery and bread shop in Malaysia. Much effort for six years, he was spent to acquire a good knowledge in baking industry. He has won the support of countless entrepreneurs’ and become a material’s consultant and spoke person of the products.
Keep upgrading and researching will improve his skills to another stage, he was able to pursue his studies in a well-known University in Taiwan. He had successfully completed the course with recognized certificate in theory of technical baking skill.
Eddie Choong’s first book was published in 1994, sharing his secret recipe to the public. To realizing the importance of increasing interaction between different cooks or bakers, he decided to help the baking figure publishes their own recipe.
With his career growing rapidly, Eddie Choong is researching the skill of baking to ease strengthen his career to become a famous chef in Malaysia. He continuously contributes his effort for monitoring and promoting his skill to the students within his four culinary centres.
