  • 课程包括:中餐,西餐,马来餐,甜品制作,上汤,肉类,鱼类,贝壳类,蔬菜 (蒸,炸,炒,焖,烤,浅层煎炸,烘烤) 酱料,意大利面,饭类,凉拌沙拉

Tutor of Western Culinary - Chef Peter Lin.

  • 5 Years of Western Culinary experience in Genting Hotel since the year 1986.
  • Joined the offshore Chef crew in year 1992 till 1994.
  • Hold the position of chef in Pandan Lake Club in year 1995 and joined Valentino as Chief Chef at the following year.
  • Joined Highland Hotel as Western Culinary Chef at year 1997.
  • In Year 1998, he is the Sous Chef of Port Dickson (Bayu Beach Resort)
  • 美景海鲜餐馆,Lukut Port Dickson Bayu Beach Resort( 顾问 Consultant )
  • 好年华海鲜酒楼,Sungai Siput (U)Perak ( 顾问 Consultant )
